The IB Group of Companies, alongside its strategic partnership with Baogang Group (Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd.), a leader in China's and the global metal industry, is also a global partner of one of the world's largest investment companies, Avic International Holding Corporation.
According to "Qafqazinfo," the IB Group of Companies, together with Avic International Holding Corporation, is implementing a series of international projects in several CIS and Eastern European countries in collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
For this reason, the IB Group's headquarters is located in Beijing, the capital of China. Additionally, the company has recently opened a representative office in Dubai, UAE. Its CIS operations are managed from the Baku office, while the Eastern European representation is based in Chisinau, Moldova.
The leadership of IB Group held high-level meetings in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, with the heads of Kyrgyz Railways, Kyrgyz Airlines, and the Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan.
During these meetings, detailed discussions were held regarding Kyrgyzstan's priority state projects, including their implementation and financing. Special attention was given to strategic investment projects aimed at supporting the development of Kyrgyzstan's economy.
The meetings emphasized the strategic importance of interstate cooperation, highlighting the significant contributions of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's policies regarding Turkic states in strengthening economic and political ties in the region.
Within this framework, the expansion of cooperation with Kyrgyzstan and the implementation of new projects reaffirm the importance of solidarity and mutually beneficial collaboration among Turkic states.
Discussions also focused on cooperation opportunities for modernizing Kyrgyzstan's energy sector, expanding its railway network, and strengthening aviation infrastructure.
It is worth noting that these projects are part of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, with Azerbaijan and China as key beneficiaries. Initiated by President Ilham Aliyev, these projects, including the establishment of the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Development Fund (AKDF), are critical to the strategic integration of Turkic States Organization countries and aim to enhance both economic and political ties among its members.
Azerbaijan's participation in these projects, either directly or through its entities, underscores its significant role in the development of the region. Finally, the IB Group delegation visited the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyzstan Development Fund (AKDF) office in Bishkek, where they discussed the outcomes of their meetings and new opportunities for cooperation.
